"Just to give you an update. He is doing better. At the very least he has regained his confidence in his writing abilities and has even written a couple of short stories and a project in his own hand writing without being asked, nagged, etc. This may not mean much to some but if you knew the struggle his teachers and I faced to get him to write a simple sentence, you would appreciate why this is a major achievement. During the course of completing the program, Daniel returned to his audiologist for his scheduled check up. On completion of his hearing test, he told me " I don't know what you are doing but whatever it is, keep it up". As a result of your program, he is able to recognise changes in sound now. Even if that had not happened, the fact that he has regained his confidence to write is reward enough. (Hearing impaired boy)."
