Develop Early Literacy Skills 

Fast ForWord Language Basics is targeted to young children, four to seven years old, and uses fun activities to develop the basic skills necessary for language and reading development. It trains letter-name and letter-sound correspondence, colour, shape and size identification, phonological awareness and working memory.

Fast ForWord Language Basics is an excellent tool for early literacy development. As a precursor to our Fast ForWord Language program it also enhances a young student’s ability to become familiar with computer skills and techniques.

Fast ForWord Language Basics consists of three exercises that develop visual attention and auditory discrimination skills as well as sustained auditory attention.

Drag Racer In this drag race the student improves their sustained auditory attention and auditory discrimination skills.
Flying Saucer Deep in outer space, students differentiate between the sounds of a flying saucer to develop listening and sequencing skills.
Inside the Tummy By matching shapes and colors in the bear's tummy, a student develops precise visual attention skills as well as improving fine motor skills and hand-eye coordination.
